How often do you eat and what usually do you eat when you do?
Everything but fast food.

I am not sure about how often but for the last 3 months I've been eating 3000 calories per day. I usually eat rice, beans, eggs and bread. Sometimes meat or peanutbutter when I can afford it
1 meal a day under 1000 calories

I've basically stopped eating breakfast and I eat a medium sized lunch in the slop hall. Then I'll workout and have a protein shake then eat dinner later
When I was on kratom I would eat a shit load late at night (it increased my appetite massively). Been off it a month or so now, I dont eat much. Maybe 1 meal a day, and caffeine throughout.

I used to eat about that too. Went a bit higher when on steroids.
Trying not to eat too much, especially before sleeping. I’m fucking starving right now though and I’m fighting the urge to eat my entire fridge by smoking cigarettes

A lot of yoghurt, red mea almost every day, poultry, eggs, potatoes, honey and also some sweets as in cookies and chocolate
