i have negative on both eyes, but one eye is very severly tilted and other is mild. i have one of ugliest eye areas i have ever seen.

Extreme/severe tilts are unattractive, not negative tilts.
If you vertically mirrored your tilt, your eye area would still be ugly.

Many models have negative canthal tilt and many sculptures of beautiful people have negative tilt.
