True but auschwitzmaxxing without a good bone structure is useless tbh.
Also to low of a bodyfat% can make you very emaciated and thus make you look old and feeble.
Thats why for steroid junkies being sub 8% is ok because the drugs let them keep copious amounts of muscle on their body but for someone who's natural cutting down to 8% will come at a hefty toll.
i think my % went up by 1 or 2 lately
