When I saved up all of my coins (for my 4 months) to buy Kingdom Hearts and this was when I was 12.

Walked to the video game store, the guy laughed, we both laughed, we count the coins together, and finally bought the game. Walked back home which was a 2 hour trip (an hour to walk to and an hour to walk back home), then played kingdom hearts for many hours, and ended up falling asleep on the couch with the controller on my hand. Woke up and I thought that was all of a dream. I then started crying and continued playing Kingdom Hearts.
