Shoukoku No Altair for right now, it's pretty much a historical fiction about the Ottomans allying with Christians to invade The Holy Roman Empire and help the people live better lives and avoid war. Magi and The Adventures of Sinbad are really good but the mangas are better because they haven't updated the animes in awhile. Fist of The North Star, Yu Yu Hakusho, Rouroni Kenshi, and Outlaw Star are all classics in my book too.
