JFL What is wrong with countries like Mexico, Brazil and India?

When people die in places like India, Brazil, or Mexico, they can't just peacefully pass away. They always go all out.

A very rare disease that no one has ever seen before, getting executed in the most inhumane way possible, fatal accidents that could have been avoided, shootings, machete fights, you name it. How is this possible? Other countries have figured out how to avoid stuff like this, why haven't they?

I guess that makes sense. But like, wasn't everyone poor at some point in history? I doubt that modern countries just spawned with highly advanced technology, modern houses and good safety standards. How have they figured out how not to be poorfags while others haven't? It doesn't make sense to me. Plus, I'm sure other countries are helping them too by sending them money and food and whatnot.

Brazil atrocities only happens in slums/favelas, my city is a very safe and civilized place to live, i even can do nightwalk without worrying about thughs

I would be a bit terrified knowing that in the very same country I live there are people getting murdered, mugged, etc. But glad to hear that you live in a safe area.
