I would argue that being an outcast is the worst.

You get ostracised for your looks/autism, and then when you reach your thirties, you will be further ostracised because not having a wife/gf will be further fuel for normies to treat you as subhuman.

And it will affect every aspect of your life, your social life, your work life. You won't be promoted, you will have trouble making/keeping friends.

Soon enough you will start to get arrested for walking in a park alone as a man or for looking creepy, or accidentally looking at a foid(all of which are real things that may happen to you in certain countries/cities).

You will not have anyone to rely on in an emergency, say you have a serious medical problem, or your house was destroyed by a storm, etc.
