Yes. I can relate. I’m a highly sensitive person, and my high sensitivity has made my life hell and feel inferior and less manly. I think vaccinations exacerbated my condition greatly. At this point in my life, I literally cannot control my emotions or reactions to stimuli. I really hate life.

I graduated a while ago and do cancer research now. I actually do enjoy my job about 60% of the time and it makes me about 85k USD a year but that isn't exactly statusmaxxing money where I'm from. It's enough to live comfortably and buy stupid shit every now and then but definitely isn't competitive with the tech bros that live around me making 175k+

Word of advice, don't do Bio, chem, physics, or math unless you want a masters degree with a salary topping out at maybe 100k when you're 55

What about a chemistry bachelor’s degree to become a chemical engineer? Aren’t chemical engineers well-paid with just a bachelor’s degree?

Get a 5 year undergrad in Chem-E if thats the route you want to go, getting into a masters program with just a chem degree is nigh impossible from what I hear. Chem-E is a good choice though as there are actual applications to the major unlike the others I listed which don't really produce many jobs. I got lucky to land my job with just a masters in biochem, I work with a lot of PhD's in biology who are at the same level I am and I'm sure they regret their major choice every day considering the effort to result ratio they recieved
