The main problem is that the social contract between men and society doesnt exist anymore because of womens liberation. Now women are performing peacock-like sexual selection and this is fucking up society from the inside. Men (especially young men) are left out of the dating pool because they dont meet the looks criteria. There is no guarantee that you will have a wife in the future and be able to have children anymore.
Society is still gynocentric and expects men to act like they were expected to act and think when the social contract existed. You know: value females lives more than theirs, treat them like queens, simp for them, die in wars, etc.
