I have been sleeping badly for days, yesterday I didn't sleep and now I feel paranoid, and I have a lot of anxiety, i am tired of thinking the same things over and over again.

but past saturday I saw a guy who hadn't slept for four days and he didn't give a shit, I offered him some sleep pills and he refused to take them. he was eating instant noodles with coke. I don't know how the fuck they can tolerate so much time without rest.

and I have read stories of soldiers in colombia who had competitions to see who slept the least, spending weeks without any rest at all
