Which traits are more important in men vs others? I think the order is something like,

Jaw <-- Eyes <-- Hair <-- Cheekbones <-- Teeth <-- Nose <-- Eyebrows <-- Ears.

I think you're about right. Lower third, eyes and hair give you a solid foundation for lower, mid and upper face.

Don't forget skin quality, it matters too.

If you have good jaw, eyes & cheekbones you can look alright without hair but hair is always better than none so long as it fits your head shape which should be a rectangle skull.
