I have blue eyes but I am fucked again, because they are very gray and a bit green as well. If the female is coming from a southern country she might notice, in a Nordic country it is easily the last desired color combination.

It usually is ''the lighter the better'', many people have blue eyes but a dark shade of blue that doesn't stand out at all and doesn't give a halo effect. Remember that there are a lot of different shades of blue, green and brown so it's a bit flexible. Light green looks much better than dark blue, and a really light brow will look better than both dark blue and green. Assuming we are only talking about the best shade of each colour then yes: blue > green > brown. But brown eyes don't necessarily have to be ugly like many users state above.
