What is the difference between a chad and a chadlite?

Ive been lurking for a while and a lot of you guys post equally attractive dudes and call them both chad/chadlite.

Is a chad like a movie star looks type, and chadlite a pretty boy? I dont understand, seems like they are the same thing. Post some pics

Most models are Chad-lites. Chads can both be pretty boys or masculine. It just depends from person to person. Usually, it's at least one facial feature that stops a Chad-lite from being a Chad, or sometimes it's even their height/frame that stops a Chad-lite from being a Chad. Sometimes a Chad can appear as a Chad-lite due to pooir fashion choices: short/long hair, beard, etc.
