Perhaps the for women would be that they think they are equal to men and provide value outside of their womb and genitals. They can do anything that a man can do, and they will not be judged negatively for being promiscuous or dating in their 30s.

The would then be that they provide no utility outside of their reproductive organs, and that their value to society is directly tied to their age and fertile eggs, a depreciating asset.

I think most women, except for the sexually experienced wise ones, are very unaware of just how little men care about them outside of the sexual realm.
