This is what used to be the norm before no-fault divorce but after women got some say in who they could marry. It makes it so that men have an actual reason to contribute to society and archieve great things, driving their respective society forward. In the society we live in now, getting a partner is determined entirely by looks which makes sub-8 men like us lose all motivation at leading a normal life and creates a society like modern-day Japan where ugly/average men sit at home and wait until they die.
Of course, this would only work with strict infidelity laws like the ones in the middle-east where foids are punished with death for cheating.

It's true that marriage is not the product of one specific religious system but marriage ceremonies have always been conducted by religious leaders of some kind and have always been considered to be a sort of holy union between two people and their respective families. You cannot revive the tradition of marriage among modern women without attaching it to some sort of religious tradition. Foids are less rational beings than men so they will more strongly attach themselves to spiritual beliefs if raised in a non-atheist society. Make them fear some sort of god again and you might be able to make them tone down their slutty nature a bit.
Also, religion is not just a belief system as most people now would like to think. Religion gives a people a sort of moral compass made specifically for them to follow and prevent their society from devolving into chaos. I don't agree that distinct, individual families of a man, a woman and their children were part of the environment humans evolved to live in. I think it more likely that the advent of agriculture created surplus food, and the scraping over that surplus led to ideas like inheritance. Inheritance doesn't work if you aren't sure of your lineage. Women usually know for sure which kids are theirs. Men have more limited actual knowledge. A conflict of interest leads to conflict.
