Every country has incels so it's the german speaking countries. NEETbux, low unemployment rates, good wages, completely legal hookers so escortmaxxing is cheaper and easy access to copes because they have the least of nanny state regulation in Europe. Weed may become legal in Germany if it isn't yet and highways don't have a general speed limit. Some third world countries like Philippines can be too, but it requires that you're not a citizen. North Korea and muslim countries may not be like that but they are still much, much worse.
