Honestly, I think the answer to both is America.
I hate my job and want to minimize the amount of hours I have to work, so that rules out east asia and singapore due to their workaholic culture. I'm also too outspoken and low inhib for those cultures.
I value civil liberties and freedom of speech, so that rules out western europe, canada, australia, and the middle east.
I want to live in the first world....so that rules out everywhere else.
But I guess it depends on your own values/personality.
For example if you're very introverted and living in a very high trust, low crime, peaceful society is your top priority and you're a workaholic (or at least don't mind working 60+ hours a week) then you'd be a better fit for Japan or South Korea.
Or if you just want to maximize income and don't mind the restrictions and lack of civil liberties that come with living anywhere in Europe, then maybe Switzerland would be the best choice.
But me personally, if I died and were to be reincarnated and I got to pick a country for my spawn point, I'm picking America regardless of if I'm a 2/10 or a 10/10. And if I had to live 1000 lives I'd choose to be born in America in every single one of them. America isn't perfect but we're unmatched in terms of civil liberties and freedom of speech, and we have among the best income to cost of living ratios in the world. We spend the lowest percent of our income on food and it's certainly not from a lack of eating. Even from a strictly financial perspective, America is a better deal compared to most of the wealthier european countries (in terms of per capita GDP) once you factor in their higher cost of living.
