The black pill is very simple and straight forward. Don't waste your time or life ruminating or obsessing over it. Drive all the energy you would have exerted into women at other things that you want to achieve or enjoy. Form an identity that is totally seperate and disconnected from any aspect of the black pill. Don't LDAR. Don't hate every woman you lay your eyes on, it's silly and won't get you anywhere. Just be aware of their true behavior but remain respectful and polite and don't think negatively about them 24/7. It's okay to take breaks from anything about gender dynamics or inceldom or the black pill. Honestly, the normies have a point about how we just bicker about the same topics over and over. It's all either self-hatred or female hatred. The black pill is supposed to open your eyes so you aren't the clown who tries to get with a Stacy while being 5'0 with a recessed jaw. It shouldn't cripple you or make you give up on yourself. It shouldn't take over your mind. Focus on yourself and build yourself. Don't get lost in this whole thing. Don't wake up one day and wonder where your life is or why you're a failure because of some Internet pill ideology. Use this community as a safe space to connect with others in our situation but save yourself from the harmful parts of it.

This. I stumbled across inceldom and the black pill quite a few times while browsing the Internet back in high school. I was just in denial and it never really clicked until much later. I wish I would've looksmaxxed earlier as well. If you are in your teens, it's never too late to start looksmaxxing right now.
