At least helping Ukraine probably reduces inflation in the long run. The US just gives military equipment away, often old ones. If Russia wins food would become way more expensive and it would also increase immigration (at least to Europe, don't know whether to the US).
For Israel it's more that supporting Israel reduces the number of future wars. The middle eastern region isn't exactly stable anyway and Israel is a role model on what you could do with the natural environment.
