Have no personal loli trainer
Keeping a neutral spine is important in all ab exercises. A sedentary beginner will tend to prefer hip flexors over rectus abdominis (the six-pack). Try starting out with basic situps while focusing on keeping your spine neutral and your rectus active.all of that stuff makes my back hurt, man
It hurtsHave no personal loli trainer

Why not? Do you want anterior pelvic tilt?nothing
Flexibility has nothing to do with abs, though having a lean flat belly will help mobility somewhat simply because you don't have a potbelly limiting your range of motion.A girl with abs would probably be easier to have sex with due to her body strength and increased flexibility.
Based bloatmaxxerBeen exercising it
i weigh already 43kg so dont careWhy not? Do you want anterior pelvic tilt?

Having good posture while being morbidly obese pretty much necessitates a strong core
Mobility. That's the word I was looking forFlexibility has nothing to do with abs, though having a lean flat belly will help mobility somewhat simply because you don't have a potbelly limiting your range of motion.
I did some sit ups
Do you do stuff to strenghen your lower back? If not maybe it will help tooworth a try, thanks
Plus lifted aprox 100 TVs but idk if that counts
Would it hurti want her to break my back tbh
It could, though anterior pelvic tilt is more likely to be caused by a tight lower back than a weak one.Do you do stuff to strenghen your lower back? If not maybe it will help too
It could. Lifting heavy objects while maintaining good posture will activate your core.Plus lifted aprox 100 TVs but idk if that counts
I need to work chest before abs I think
pushups and planking always makes it feel better, but anything bendy just goes back to making it hurtDo you do stuff to strenghen your lower back? If not maybe it will help too
sad shit, man.Have no personal loli trainer
No you don't have to. They're not antagonist muscle groups.I need to work chest before abs I think
When I do pull ups using the bar I have I lift my legs and can feel it in my abs. I need to start going outside to do some kind of cardio tho or any muscle I build won't show the same. I hate having to look at normies while trying to exercise.

a tight lower back
Everyone has abs.I have no abs.
Well, no visible ones at least.Everyone has abs.
Just because you can't see them doesn't mean you can't exercise them and make them grow. If you start training them now, you'll be more likely to see them once you get lean, and you'll improve your posture.Well, no visible ones at least.
I did some push-ups on my bedroom floor, as usual.
i have done nothing
i did 30 situps at the end of my workout today
