Sure modern society has increased the number of incels, but there will always be genetic rejects in any society. What happens to incels in African, Australian, South American etc tribes? Do they go on rampages or does the community accommodate them somehow?

Generally tribes have arranged marriage systems and will trade daughters with different tribes so that the boys in a tribe have someone to marry and it prevents inbreeding from a tribe just fucking their own people for generations, so I would guess that inceldom is virtually nonexistent in such primitive tribes. Also there is a lot of reason not to let incels become a thing in a small tribe, because you don't want unmotivated and envious tribal dudes putting a spear in another dude in the night because he's the only one not getting pussy.

Primitive life is a survival scenario. The tribe will need as many able-bodied adult males as it can possibly get to hunt food and resources, defend against dangerous wildlife, assert territorial ownership against rival tribes, and replace losses to attrition.

I don't for a moment believe that tribal ooga booga women are any different in their mating preferences than the women we are familiar with in our society. They will all want a top-20% man and might settle for a top-50% male when they get old and desperate. Many ooga booga tribal societies seem to be very communal and the pressure to create a nuclear family with married mother and father is possibly not strong. So I bet there is not much settling for low-tier men happening.
