Is he any better off because of his social skills than us or is degraded to complete trucel without benefits over a born truecel? Do social skills even exist in reality or it is just a function of apprearance in full? Are there any other factors that would make life of a formed Chad easier than genetic truecel?

I wouldn't write off any previous experience romantically as useless, though.

The guy who was average before, he knew he was average, and he had accepted it. The guy who was good looking and is now 4/10, he has a lot more to deal with mentally. It's harder to go from 8/10 to 4/10, then from 4/10 to 4/10, because he knows what he lost, and he can't get it back.

Initially, sure. But (assuming) bro was doing better for longer (not autistic, etc), that'll impact other stuff (job/education/health/social life/etc) and may cause snowball effects.

Of course, but the point is, that the 8/10 guy is no better off than the 4/10 guy now. He's seen as just a loser who used to be good-looking but is now not. He will be reminded of all the times he had with girls, and the fact that he can't have it again, and it will eat away, every time other guys his age are with girlfriends, and he has no one. I see what you're saying now. I misunderstood, my mistake. Of course, there is a benefit to him being 8/10, because he had that experience, but now it's worse for him, because he wants to go back, and he can’t. That's my point.
