No doubt there are plenty of em still out there, but compared to 2016-2018 era, there are hardly any giga gymcel tryhards nowadays, why is that? Do you think the blackpill becoming more mainstream has allowed coping gymrats to see and understand the truth? Before on PSL forums they would be absolutely fucking ridden with inkwells talking about their training routine and showing pics of theri biceps and abs, now it's full of perma rotmaxers, but I ain't complaining!
 
I don't understand the hate for people who have a daily gym scheduel.
 
I pick up semi-volunteer shifts at a college restaurant. Every man in the kitchen lifts. I can tell from the clear bicep definition. Lifting is no longer a niche hobby. It's like vaping is to cigarettes. It's simply too accessible now to not try.

2. it's only really suitable for people in uni or with low effort jobs. once you start wagecucking fulltime + overtime it's no longer worth the effort to maintain a bunch of muscle through strict diet and exertcise just to sit at a desk for most of your waking hours with little social events or interatctions with potential mates
3. it's not necessary to maintaining good health. there's a difference between being fit and having lots of muscles that you built through hypertrophy. you can be fit just by doing cardio semi-regularly whereas you have to constantly intake huge amounts of protein and work out regualrly to maintain muscle - stop doing it for 3 weeks and all the gains are gone.

the biggest meme is people saying they gym for themselves - there's always an innate desire for attention and narccisim that comes with it. yeah sure man you spent all that effort to get 40inch biceps just to jerk yourself off in front of the mirror.

This is a really good point. A lot of gymmaxxers probably ascended, gave up, or grew up and had to get a full time job. That's what happened to me. Not worth breaking your back for 40+ hours (or sitting at a desk) and then hitting the gym/managing diets with the little time you have left.

You do. People want to feel justified for LDARing, and gymcels or other productive copes invoke cognitive dissonance.

They know its pathetic that they want to be slaves to women and even more pathetic that rather than rope, they instead complain about their lack of motivation and how 'useless' it is stay healthy. Its like religious people who tell me they feel sorry for me when I present an argument they can't refute. Its an attempt to project their shame onto us (a tactic common to foids btw).

This is true, but if its already over for you anyway its irrelevant. Looksmaxxing is out of the equation.

You can do a competent workout in an hour or less spread out over a few days. The time investment is not at all severe.

Gymcelling can simply mean 'exercise'. Too many cels confuse the term with the obsessive gymrat culture based around building large amounts of muscle or being a bodybuilder. That isn't true.

In public, I'm happiest when people ignore me and I blend into a crowd. Gymcelling has obvious, practical benefits outside of physical attraction and people like you love to downplay or ignore them in favor of being disingenuous.

I'm a sub-5, 5'6'' ethnicel. I've known it was over for me long ago. There are a plenty of reasons to gymcel outside of women.

Also, this argument that something is pointless because it doesn't attract foids is cucked. Ironically the people who make this argument to discredit gymceling are the real simps.

I was a gymcel but it didn’t do anything beneficial. No mood changes or health benefits. No attention, and gyms closing and being mask only for some make it shitty.
