Undervolt it with MSI afterburner
This is a must with all GPUs, especially NVidia. You can get about 10% more performance with no/minimal power gain.

This may be my next GPU after RDNA 4 releases and I'll look for a used one. 7900 GRE is one of the best at overclocking. It's a little lower than what I'd like for 4k performance, but the prices lately are just stupid.
