I know the protagonist in GTA 6 is a woman but hopefully there are multiple playable characters like in the fifth game.

What does that even mean? 99% of male protagonists in games are tall and good looking and even if they aren't, their life is still exciting and awesome enough to be made the story of a video game, which is the exact opposite of an incel. One of our defining factors is that our lives are devoid of meaning, action and purpose, we can barely bear being awake, someone else being interested in us is unimaginable.

Look for RPG that emphasizes Role-playing aspect. You can play as a incel in New Vegas and go ER if you so wish to. Or play as a chadlite good guy, fairly open Roleplay.

Maybe Conan exiles if you decide to fuck up your character big time, make it a midget and fuck with the sliders. No foid in that game likes you you must enslave them.

Maybe hotline Miami, the character get to fuck some foid whore after saving her life but had to risk his life to get some aids crack whore.
