Sort of funny.. America we are very happy to pick up India's elite minds and make them Americans and bring their families here and then their kids grow up as Americans too.
India feels the same way, as a feudal society based on heredity, India's ruling class wants to get rid of brilliant people who are ambitious. Those brilliant and ambitious people will never be happy remaining low down on the totem pole in India, and are in fact dangerous to the ruling classes in India. And the higher classes in India will never give up their positions in society to people who are born lower in the hierarchy, but who are smarter by birth.
So it works out for both societies as America we can use all of them in our elite institutions of our mega corporations, government regulatory agencies and our universities.
