Modern Japanese anime is post-WW2, so it isn't clear what the National Socialist stance would be on that, or on things such as video games. They weren't around long enough for us to find out. I think Whites in general are more individualistic than asians, but less collectivistic than africans. That gets reflected in National Socialism, anyway, which strikes an optimized balance between the two.
