What do you eat in a day? I personally make a lot of home made meals, chicken liver, steaks, burgers, pasta, etc. What about you?
 
Chicken, fish and fruits
 
Various porridges, bread and water. Sometimes some meat, rarely eggs.
 
Whole grain bread , olive oil , supplements for everything else (proteins, vitamins , choline, etc)
 
trying to eat more fruit and veggies

I mainly try to back off red meat and eat chicken and fish for the most part

I eat some peanuts or peacons and I’ll have a yogurt

Mostly soups such as (borsch), mashed peas, buckwheat porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes, boiled chicken meat, sometimes cottage cheese.

I mostly lead a sedentary lifestyle, so I eat about 2000-2100 calories a day.

I try to eat as healthy as possible, I’ve been cutting fast food out lately and it’s been making me feel better

Yes, I don't have that, I have to count calories so that my BMI doesn't stay normal and I don't eat high-calorie food. On the other hand, he suffers from the inability to gain weight. There's a double-edged sword here.
 
I can’t eat wheat and dairy due to allergies, so I don’t have much options when it comes to eating food.

Basically the my daily menu is chicken and rice.
 
chips, soda, fried chicken (twice per week), chocolate, candy, sometimes beef, authentic burger king or mcdonalds slop 2-3 times per month
