Some would consider a NEET to be a Waste of Life - but isnt someone who works 2 jobs and hustles every day also wasting his life.

Well life is just time and time is only wasted if I dont enjoy it.

So if I lay in my bed 12 hours a day and sleep or watch Youtube but enjoy that, is the time and as such the life wasted?

Is it not wasted when I would hustle some data entry job where I sit 12 hours in front of a PC instead?

Its like today you will ALWAYS be a waste of life as long as you dont grind the hamster wheel. Everyone needs to be a creator: make porn, stream video games, generate some capitalistic value.

But what about the philosophical aspect of life? Existential philosophers like Jean-Paul Sartre suggest that life inherently has no meaning except the one we give it. A "wasted life," in this context, might be one where an individual fails to create their own purpose or live authentically according to their true self.

Am I a waste of life then because I dont have a high income job, be a millionaire and have lots of sex?

Arent most humans that?

Isnt humanity itself a waste?

And if not, how can an individual know if he is or isnt?

Imagine learning nothing when young but just rotting with vidya and cooming . Not learning a trade like chef cooking, welding , coding etc etc, instead just rotting. After 40 you cant learn well plus the body is aging so its ovER

it's always a waste to wageslave if you're behind the curve, if you make just enough money not to starve out, can't afford to retire early, etc. At best you trade your time one for one, at worst you get in debt.
