What do you think of fatcels?

I believe many of the fatcels here could just be chads hiding under many layers of fat, so would that make them fakecel/volcel? I mean all it really takes for a fatcel (who isn't facially deformed or reccessed) to ascend is to change his eating habits.

Most fat people were always fat anyway, it starts from a very young age and it continues into adulthood. Obviously normal weight cels who got fat from years of rotting do not fit the category of fatcels that I am talking about here.
