Artificial reduction of the male population relative to the female one. 2 or 3 women for every man would do wonders in solving inceldom.
But seriously, there is no "Ultimate Solution" here imho, you can never truly eliminate the core problem aka darwinian sexual selection.

Rope, of course. You should have died at childbirth or used one of the clinics for voluntary euthanasia once you knew you were ugly, because your life will never get better at this point. Just think about it this way: if you knew the future at the age of 18, that you would still be KHHV at the age of 30, seriously tell me, who wouldn't choose to rope knowing this? (under the circumstance that you cannot change the future)
