In my opinion, I would rank them like this, from most normie to most incel:
1. Abs - all vanity and depends on genetics
2. Bicep curls - vanity. People who care about appearances do them.
3. Lateral raises - depends on genetics and is also not functional at all.
4. Deadlift - most commonly done by ego lifters. Depends a lot on genetics leverages.
5. Lat pulldown - I mostly see normie teenagers doing this.
6. Bench press - the middle. requires a lot of steady effort but also has the potential to be an ego lift.
7. Row - builds functional strength rather than vanity muscles.
8. Squat - for people who care about strength instead of appearance. Less flashier than the bench, less weight than the deadlift. More functional compared to both.
9. Snatch - the most incel lift. Requires a lot of dedication and mobility, but is incredibly overlooked.
Don’t say anything about “gymcels are coping” or “gymcels are fakecels” or anything like that. That’s not what I’m talking about.
