I think it's a very great cope when you're a rotter.. You can talk to people without them seeing your face, you're like in a different reality.. you can get a game like VRChat and have fun.. People who played in Team Fortress 2 fun servers would love it.

I'm waiting for vr to get better, in about 10 years it should be fully realistic and you can't tell the difference.

Also read that folks get dizzy from using it too much. To rot, it wouldn't work as you won't be able to use it as often.

Its shit because the market is profit driven and the hardware costs limit the incentive for content producers. Most VR porn is junk made by a few studios (who also have to invest in new cameras).

Cheap consumer hardware and vr-capable cheap cameras would turn pornhub into the end of humanity since all men would just jerk off all day.

Its a technology with potential but is not so entertaining in practice, because the ability to navigate and explore a virtual world is hampered by vr's limited space. I feel like they need to make an elevated harness with a full body suit that allows the player to walk and run like a normal person.

Even with these restrictions I'm not sure why we still have yet to have pvp fighter jet/giant robot games with all movement done through controls in a virtual cockpit. A vr pvp gundam game would sell well as fuck if pulled off right
