That’s what I disagree with. I think meat is great food, but only well cooked meat. I don’t want food poisoning. I agree with him that being in nature is good for you and that hard exercise shortens your lifespan. I still go gym to have bigger muscles as I’m skinny. It’s a necessary trade off to not look skinny af. I don’t do any hard cardio though as that’s just unnecessary stress on your body for negligible gains. Also, the videos Goatis did about those dumb women that only live with dogs and treat them like children were funny af

Yep. Same thing goes for stuff on this forum. You shouldn’t just follow everything exactly and go about it your own way. Accept the BP, but don’t just LDAR constantly. Enjoy what you can in life and do what you can to make the suffering in your life as minimal as possible
