I've never tried it, but it seems like a decent way of consuming nicotine. Nicotine has nootropic benefits, which seem, to me, to be a reasonable justification for consuming it. Tobacco use has many pains and health problems associated with it- even in the short term- which may make it not worth its nootropic benefit. Vaping, however, seems to avoid a lot of these issues while retaining the nootropic effect of nicotine; even if it has a negative effect on your health, which I assume it does, the potential reduction in the quality of your life associated with vaping may be outweighted by its cognitive benefit.
