The diet, the environment and the lottery that is genetics are what determines your quality of life. Reasearch it a bit without bias and I think you would understand how much sense antinatalism makes.
Even considering outliers/bad luck good old eugenics would fix 90% of the problem you cited. But that would be "yikes!" and they'd get banned from reddit. The real blackpill is that life is not this valley of tears described by poets; especially today. The vast majority of people do not need to be having kids. Especially toilets. I agree with antinatalism since I think breeding is a stupid pointless and mindless endeavor. There's no real good reason for it tbh other than foolishness like "muh legacy", which only men believe in. Women have kids for money and security; they don't give a fuck about kids and will always opt for abortion if they feel they have something to lose. This is what leads to a lot of abandoned kids and even infanticide. In lieu of that plenty of people settle for simply neglecting or abusing their kids.
The worst are those women who are too lacking in self-awareness to realize how much of a selfish narcissistic piece of shit they are, so they have a kid in the same way that a kid gets a pet. They think it's going to be a cakewalk where they take zero responsibility and the kid raises themselves. I forgot which subreddit it is but there's one where a bunch of normies and women talk about how much they regret having kids.
