Morning:
-Espresso and a cigarette at 6:30am
-more cigarettes till 7:45am
-Another Espresso and a cigarette at 8:00
-Cigarettes while i take a shit in the bathroom till 8:30
-keep having averagely 3-4 cigs per hour till lunch.

Lunch:
-Cook my own pasta or other carbs around 1:30pm
-another espresso and a cigarette.
-keep smoking averagely 1-2 cigs per hour.

Dinner:
-Around 9:00pm i cook my own meat or fish dish with veggies on the side. Occasionally something fried as a side
-Liquors and a joint after dinner
-around 2am i usually have a sweet treat and 1 last cig then goodnight

[it's actually a proper "basic italian starter pack", nothing special. I'm uber-normie in this]
