Relax and let my brain heal/rest through NoFap. Unfortunately i most likely get negative dopamine spikes from this site so i might have to take a break from it. The red bell notification can't be healthy for me. There's also some negativity and hate on this site which probably affects me negatively even if some of the hate is fun.
