one of the best copes at least for me is doing what ER did in his videos.

drive to a place with not much people and just sit in your car. or drive to a scenic place, do some hiking and just sit there and enjoy the view. maybe drive to an empty parking lot and have a cigarette.

at night when you dont wanna rot in bed just drive to the casino, have a beer or two and people watch. that is to say watch other degenerate gambler losers throwing their money away. kinda reminds you of your own shitty life. you dont have to gamble and throw away money. just people watch.
 
If you want to get out of being a depressed rotter, it's all about experiencing a positive Matthew-Effect.
Thit is what (partially) got me out of my quarter-life-crisis and made the pain of subhumanity more bearable:

1) Get your dopaminergic system in order ASAP, cure our jewish addictions
2) Get an easy part-time job as a start if you are rotting (i know it's hard af to get a simple low-wage job in 2023). Wageslaving in some non-humiliating, half-way enjoyable, male-dominated job is always better than rotting with an empty resume.
3) You should also plan a carreer, maybe go to college to get a useful degree or learn a trade, not to be a useful shabbos goy , but to have some sense of self-worth.
4) Be as fit and athletic as possible (not for toilets, only for your own well-being)
5) Avoid normies as much as possible, out of sight out of mind.
6) This is the most crucial point: Constantly surround yourself with people who you mog in some way.

Always keep in mind: The goal is NOT to bluepill yourself, but instead to minimize suffering!

I highly recomend you give Nietzsche a try and read some his books during your spare time for one you both agree on master morality not to mention he can help you accept your life and become a life affirming person.
He won't help you get laid but he might give you a cure for your spiritual malaise he certainly helped me with mine!

Dopaminergic and opioidergic systems (accounting for motivation and pleasure, respectively)

Depression begins because of social loss/isolation, fucking up your opioid system and causing sadness. The dopamine system is the next to go, resulting in apathy. Both need to be put on life support.

A combo of opioid agonist + stimulant will work. It's actually what psychiatrists used to prescribe for depression prior to the invention of their "antidepressant" jewpills in the late 1950s, which you should stay away from like the plague (since they often actually REDUCE motivation and pleasure, making depression worse, JFL -- modern SSRIs for instance literally decrease dopamine and can cause irreparable emotional blunting :feelstastyman:).

Alcohol is the worst normie cope for depression tbh, and it's also giga expensive.

With my opioid agonism, I effectively only spend $1.60 a day to be free from depression :dab:

This is funny because you don't understand the pharmacology involved.

The only reason alcohol works for depression is because it increases endorphins (endogenous opioids) as a downstream effect, lol. In tandem with this it increases GABA (making you sociable and spontaneous) and dopamine (making you motivated).

When you take opioid agonists, you're getting these same effects as well (eradicated depression, anxiolysis, and increased dopamine), but without the brain damage alcohol brings.

Of course, I am not speaking of nodding out and getting high, but microdosing (really just taking NORMAL doses, it should be said, but people take such insanely high doses of so-called "recreational" drugs that it must be called MICROdosing JFL).

But listen to what you're saying. Shlomo and the government make alcohol legal and tax it so that some of your shekels go to Israel, so it must necessarily be better and safer? Yes, there are impulsive retards who cannot control themselves with opioids, but the same is true with alcohol. Very true of alcohol JFL.

I am always depressed, so I do what I always do. Video games, music, posting here.
 
Obviously, the more depressed I am, the fewer things I do. If I am really depressed, I don't do anything sensible, just lie in bed and that's it.

Sometimes I listen to music or watch senseless Youtube videos, that's fine. Even writing in forums takes more energy than I have sometimes. Playing video games, watching something "interesting" or doing actual work (either for my employer or just private projects) takes more energy than that, and strangely, playing video games doesn't take less than e.g. coding for me.

I dont get depressed For days. The darkness hits me on Winter but I get 2nd wind in night Time. Ive always enjoyed nights. But pitch darkness from 4pm to 9pm depresses me. I cycle so Many activities that The depression only hits me For a few hours
 
Go for walks. That calms me down
