I feel more and more rage. I constantly suppress it but sometimes I see something or hear something and I just can't contain it. I just wanna go out and fucking burn every motherfucking piece of shit I see (in minecraft).

Only thing I have is listening to music. We live in an apartment tho so listening to it with insanely high volume isn't an option. Sometimes I use headphones but speakers are something else.
