Yes.
I think they are volcels if they do nothing to better their lives. Blackpill does not glorify rotting and inaction, Blackpill isn't a defeatist ideology, that is a common misconception. Being an incel generally means you will have a shitty life, I don't know many incels who enjoy their life, that doesn't mean that not being an incel you can't have shitty life either though, a 1/10 dude that got lucky and fucked a girl will probably have a more miserable life than an average incel, but he isn't one himself, that's the point of sorting people into groups though, we sort them by labels.
You are supposed to use Blackpill to better navigate your life and solve your problems not just rot away, at that point you might as well kill yourself, that is the natural conclusion to reach. That is why I have a clock in my house which I posted pictures here before which counts down to my 30th birthday in a year, I am killing myself If I am still virgin by then. I can be failed by the world which I have been, but failing myself is unacceptable, I will not tolerate it any longer.
If I had normie looks I wouldn't be here. They can do a lot depending on their race, the most obvious is to just fucking go to some shithole country and try there which is what I am going to do. I know a high-tier normie volcel virgin, he is 29, pushing 30, he is also a massive altfag who is 'white stacey' only even though he had mixed race women at work talking to him etc, but because he is racist and hates mixed race babies and shit he is still a virgin.
Your other wizard friends are probably in some way similar, they have things they won't do, they have standards they won't cross. Having standards isn't really a volcel behavior per say, we all have some standards, we all have some lows we won't go to, but like come on man if you won't fuck a girl because of her race or because of her socioeconomic background like come on dude...
It's a complex topic because there is no quantifiable way to objectively state who is volcel and who isn't. You have to judge it case by case for the most part, but I do feel you can reach some reasonable standard that you can apply to most people.
