On the bottom of the forums page all the online members are in display and below that they are separated in Incels and Bluepilers, how do members get separated or what does this mean?

If you don't have an account then you're logged as a bluepiller and if you have an account you'd be added to the incel count.

At one point I think it was just called members(now incels) and guest(now bluepillers) but the guy who use to update the site changed it.
