I eat a whole food plant based diet.
 
pizza, tempura, chicken, Chinese food, African food, rice.
 
i usually eat only dinner and always skip breakfast/lunch.

pizza,chicken nuggets, sushi, jerk chicken and rice, chinese food, shawarma
 
I usually eat chicken brocolli and rice. When I'm rotting, I have pizza, homemade burgers, california burritos and carne arsada fries.
 
If im completely depressed i barely eat. When im not, i like pizza, chinese food, and some spanish food i dont know how to translate (embutidos like lomo, salchichón or jamón, creams like salmorejo, cooked dishes like flamenquín, empanadillas or croquetas...)
 
I try to keep it very clean but refraining from eating is extremely difficult with depression (very shitty dopamine levels combined with ADD, I just want anything that is decent as a break from my life and having 24/7 anxiety)

Overeating whole plant foods is virtually impossible because of the high fiber + water content and the low calorie density. Just don't eat processed crap and you'll be fine.

I cut out processed food since I started.

I'll definitely keep eating similarly but in more volume when I reach a good weight.
