if you have a specific hospital in mind, you'd want a therapist/psychiatrist to do an evaluation and diagnose you with some mental illnesses, and then apply to said hospital of your choice.

actually you should cut yourself for a few weeks beforehand so you have a history of self harm. tell them that you're seriously considering killing yourself before a certain date and that you feel that you need intensive treatment.

Why would you want to be locked up? Absolute ragefuel to be in facility surrounded by sexhavers that might get validation and loved ones to visit them even there. You need to be a danger to yourself or others. Make a suicide attempt you know will fail, OD usually is good, then call the police immediately after and tell them.

Keep in mind, there will be bills, but you will be admitted to inpatient likely
