I had a ham and egg roll for breakfast
 
Chicken noodles
 
I didn’t have breakfast today.
 
Apple, Banana, Granola bar, water
 
Takoyaki and an egg sandwich and a pastry
 
I don't eat breakfast
 
Chopped spam scrambled with eggs add it with some spinach and mushrooms

Drank me a big cup of coffee added sweetener aspartame and almond milk

And made some protein waffles with butter and sugar free syrup

Then took some one a day vitamins and spirulina capsules
 
steak and rice i woke up at 4 pm

Usually have big breakfast followed by a small lunch then the rest is just fasting for 20-22 hours since im trying to shed fat and hit a normal BMI also if youve noticed in my diet it is just fats and protein since im doing keto ( i think the protein waffles are like 22 grams of carbs so i try not to go hee hover 30 grams of carbs a day

I do! And mushrooms too! I also like fruits but I can’t have any since it has sugars and carbs (good ones but they’ll kick me out of ketosis :( ]

Also I like peanuts and pistachios a lot!

yeah mushrooms are good too. I used to absolutely hate them when i was younger but they eventually grew on me and i started to like them a lot

I wanna say for 19 months? I started at 164kg now currently at 122kgs

Nope I was pretty skinny as a kid and goblin looking but now instead of ugly I’m fugly
or are you just doing this for your health?
Yes I want to have more energy to get through the day especially right now in my young adulthood plus I feel as if it’ll get harder as I age to lose the fat and I also don’t want my body to deteriorate at a faster rate I have family members in their 40s and 50s who are immobile due to obesity so I don’t want to end up like that

I used to be pretty picky when i was younger until i started eating and enjoying slop food into my teens which I eventually ended gaining a shit ton of weight

Also mix alcohol and weed in into my later teen years which increased my appetite in which I ate even more
