Drank me a big cup of coffee added sweetener aspartame and almond milk
And made some protein waffles with butter and sugar free syrup
Then took some one a day vitamins and spirulina capsules
Usually have big breakfast followed by a small lunch then the rest is just fasting for 20-22 hours since im trying to shed fat and hit a normal BMI also if youve noticed in my diet it is just fats and protein since im doing keto ( i think the protein waffles are like 22 grams of carbs so i try not to go hee hover 30 grams of carbs a daybig breakfast i see

Yes I want to have more energy to get through the day especially right now in my young adulthood plus I feel as if it’ll get harder as I age to lose the fat and I also don’t want my body to deteriorate at a faster rate I have family members in their 40s and 50s who are immobile due to obesity so I don’t want to end up like thator are you just doing this for your health?

yeah mushrooms are good too. I used to absolutely hate them when i was younger but they eventually grew on me and i started to like them a lot
