What creates a bully? Particularly in western schools? A bad home? Undeveloped brain? No, what creates a bully is public school.
In public school, people without merit are given equality, only cases where merit is valued is in small, isolated classes for gifted kids. Without merit, that is, being well behaved, being fit for social interaction, etc. kids behave in a more primitive way "Hi, u have pwretty face, be my friend" or "Haha, big ears! Buck teeth". They're told they're equal, but their survival instincts say they're not, that girl is pretty, she should be my friend because I see qualities of myself in her, how am I equal to that retarded kid in the back of the class named StateofXhen?
In a private society, built on community, where merit determines if you're accepted, people think more in terms of "We need each other to survive" rather than "What can I do to further my own survival?". Bullies survive by picking on the weak, they prove merit by showing dominance or playing into group think.
In leftists Communist fantasy, everyone is given their own golden parachute, their own coffin apartment, free lab-grown big macs. Everyone is "equal", but, as I showed earlier, this would lead to death squads and bandits murdering incels and other niggers for threatening their survival. Communist societies create environments where primitive thinking reigns supreme.
You might say "But the west worships niggers, spics, etc." that's only the case because it's agreed among woke leftist that people people are inherently oppressed, which is why they simp for Islam. When they believe all races are equal, then the killing starts.
In short, we don't need socialism, fascism, or communism on the nationwide scail, we need small, gated communities, one dependent on community survival.
