It can run Unreal Engine 5 totally fine, it is pretty good honestly

Processor speed doesn't really matter much for gaming, GPU is what makes a huge difference. And if you're mostly just playing TF2 and CSGO pretty much anything made in the last decade is good enough.

Its good, i have the one with the serial ending with AF, which is basicaly 2600 with slightly lower clock, same chip is used.
I used i5 2400 for years, it is still decent but my mobo died.
