Pretty much. Indians are just hated by everyone and nobody seems to care, while Russians get the classic "We can be as nasty to you as we want and it's not racist, because you are white
," treatment from nonwhites, but unlike other Europeans who are generally cool with each other, are absolutely hated by other whites right now

Jeetland (Self-explanatory, hated by everyone.)
Russia (Hated by other Europeans, disliked or, at the very best, treated neutrally and with slight suspicion by their "friends and partners" in the Global South due to being white.)
Israel (Liked by Western rightwingers, Western leftwingers performatively hated on them during the US election but don't really care, plus they are liked in heavily anti-Muslim regions and richfag Muslim countries don't hate them much either.)
America (Currently rather disliked even by many of their traditional allies, but still liked in many countries bordering or near Russia or China, plus with how ubiquitous their media is and how many of them are there on the internet, said disliking of them isn't anything serious, people have way too much contact with them to really hate them like they would a proper out-group they have no contact with.)
France (Hated in their """former""" colonies, not really cared about by anyone else.)
UK (Nobody really cares about them.)
