Of course, adaptation takes time. There's also differences in bone structure between negroids, asiatics, caucasians etc. We're simply just not all the same inside, there are differences. Think of it as different breeds of dogs, sure they're part of the same family and can breed with each other, but you don't say a Golden Retriever and a Bloodhound are the same.

Evolutionarily speaking, why do humans have 46 chromosomes. In humans, each cell normally contains23 pairs of chromosomes, for a total of 46. Monkeys, chimpanzees, and Apes have 24 pairs (twenty-four pairs), for a total of 48.

First, because a human give birth to a human, a monkey give birth to a monkey and so on.
Second, the calculation of the age of the skeletons, can't be exact, or how can they so easily give us a verdict of a exact dating period of time.
Third, according to this point of view, if i hypothetically cut a piece of my flesh and somehow place is in a planet that is similar to ours, where the life doesn't exist, then according to the theory of the evolution, after millions or billions years, there should generate some dinosaurs or creatures that would evolved, thanks to the micro-organisms that were on my flesh and become some creatures. Sounds insane ? Yes, that's why i deny the theory of the evolution.
Fourth reason, is that i see evil benefits the conviction of the theory of the evolution. The reason is the manipulation of the mankind, for the rulers of the world, is easier to manipulate with the people who don't have some exact life values or purposes of the life, then manipulating with the people who believe in "most high". Because the believers would resist to somethings that is denied in their faith, as for the atheist, they would accept every "so called" intelligent proof, from the side of the "science".

Physical Yes but even that happens within a race. I might have more in common with a Somali manlet than the 6'8 lanklet in terms of body size. Mental differences are arguable because most studies do not take environmental factors into account. Behavioral differences are merely a product of culture. Race is more used as a sociopolitical argument and not a biological argument. We are not inherently different that prevents anyone from living together. I argue from a biological standpoint and no we are not completely the same but I never even said that. We are just not as different as you may think...

1. Evolution is not a 1:1 process. Small changes cause asignficant difference that make a different species over time.(For example in Chromosomes) We both share a common ancestery with other primates because we are primates. We got a bigger brain with a different structure and smaller guts (And that causes the difference in behavior. We split a long time ago and are now a different species)
2. It is not exact but it gives us a clear measurement that shows a clear timespan
3. A piece of your flesh is not really adaptable. We need single celled organisms and not a piece of flesh that dies. But yeah it can work under the right circumstances (Putting these organisms into a new planet)
Humans are mere primates and everything else is just a cope to give us some purpose. The looks theory is just an expression of the animalistic nature.
