They formed friend groups with peers and are a one sport athlete or at least a little above average genetically. They fall into whatever career path fits their level of intelligence and conscientiousness. Normies with high IQ and conscientiousness are less likely to become engineers than doctors or lawyers because those are established career paths that get them immediate recognition and money.
